Autoleisureland

The smooth, soulful, 2021-formed duo Autoleisureland are comprised of two founding members of the Kane Gang, a Durham, England sophisti-pop trio who enjoyed '80s chart success. For the first time in 30 years, in the nearby town of Gateshead, vocalist Paul Woods and multi-instrumentalist David Brewis began making music together, naming their act after a Sunderland car retail park from the '70s. Thematically, they had unfinished business and saw their eponymous, June 2022 debut single as a continuation of ideas first explored on the Kane Gang's 1987 transatlantic hit, "Motortow...
