Biography
A versatile rapper from South Central Los Angeles, AZ Chike commands attention whether he's looming over or snarling through a beat. Active since the early 2010s, he first went viral with "Burn Rubber Again" (2017), a bounding track that highlights his second EP. This led to a major distribution deal that yielded Rich & Ratchet (2019), AZ's debut album. Numerous independent projects and featured appearances on tracks by ScHoolboy Q ("Movie") and Kendrick Lamar ("Peekaboo") preceded a contract with Warner and the 2025 singles "Game Time" and "Hit a Nerve."
