Brothers Matheus and Thiago Khouri are Banda AL9, a Brazilian power pop duo whose retro-toned songs are built around bright melodies and punchy guitar hooks, with a dash of tropical flair thrown in. Their earliest singles appeared in the late 2010s, but the group broke into the Brazilian mainstream with their 2023 album Amor É A Lei.
