Like the Welsh outfit McLusky, British rockers Beachbuggy draw directly from the zany, golden punk of early Pixies. But while McLusky works more with their forebears' inclination toward revved-up psycho-sexual venom, Beachbuggy goes in the tweaked punk-and-surf rock direction.
