Bedouine is the stage name of Syrian-born, Los Angeles-based songwriter Azniv Korkejian, who draws on '60s and '70s folk and country influences for her glimmering yet intense songs. Korkejian began crafting her retro-fitted indie folk as Bedouine in the mid-2010s, releasing her eponymous debut album in 2017. Her sound changed subtly on subsequent releases, such as the revisited demos and completion of long-unfinished ideas on 2021's Waysides, and her nostalgia-steeped fourth album, 2026's Neon Summer Skin.
