Biography
Playing a tough, no-nonsense brand of punk rock that makes rooms for strong melodic hooks while still sounding rugged and unpretentious, Black Wine were formed in Ocean Grove, New Jersey. The band, who like to call their music "no-core" as they swear no absolute allegiance to any particular style, feature Jeff Schroeck (formerly of the Ergs) on guitar and vocals, bassist and vocalist Jason Nixon (ex-Hunchback), and Miranda Taylor (another Hunchback alumnus who also plays in Full of Fancy) on drums and vocals.
