Blaumut

Blaumut were born when a group of classically trained musicians met casually at a Barcelona bar in 2009. Soon enough, Oriol Aymat, Xavi de la Iglesia, and Vassil Lambrinov were playing and composing together, seeking to develop a project that would combine Catalan art song and pop with string instruments such as violin and cello. Blaumut's original lineup was completed when drummer Manel Pedrós joined the band.
