A French grindcore band that formed in 1992, Blockheads toiled away long enough -- and with enough gusto -- to earn support slots for such genre giants as Napalm Death, Entombed, Carcass, and Obituary. The group released its first demo, Haaashaastaak, in 1993, and followed that up with the self-released full-length Last Tribes.
