Montreal indie rock band Bodega were formed in the mid-'90s by singer/songwriter Andrew Rodriguez, bassist Sam Goldberg, Jr., and drummer Kim Temple. The trio was signed to London Records, which released the band's debut, Bring Yourself Up, in 1997. Despite the label signing, both sides had a lengthy falling out, resulting in the album being underpromoted.
