Brothers Rob and Ferdi Bolland have gone alternately by "Bolland" or "Bolland & Bolland." They started their career in the late '70s with a series of one-off singles before bursting onto the international charts with their debut album, The Domino Theory. A highly sophisticated concept album based around the Cold War, the album actually spurred a hit single by Status Quo (who covered "You're in the Army Now"). The album was a daringly grand overture, composed, produced, and performed by the Bolland brothers.
