Vancouver-based rapper Boslen aims to push the limits of mainstream rap, experimenting with style and production to create a hypnotic sound that's anything but by the numbers. After several years of releasing music independently, he signed on with Capitol Records for his 2021 album Dusk to Dawn. Boslen grew up on a farm in Chilliwack, British Columbia, often escaping into music when he was sad or felt alienated by his surroundings.
