CANT

CANT is the solo project of multi-instrumentalist and producer Chris Taylor, better known for his work as a sideman in Grizzly Bear. Differing from the layered pop that he's become associated with, CANT's sound utilizes Taylor's talents as an engineer, with a focus on a more carefully produced electronic sound that manages to be raw without sacrificing depth. Taylor made his full-length debut under the CANT moniker in 2011 with Dreams Come True, which he released through his own label, Terrible Records. ~ Gregory Heaney
