Washington, D.C.'s Capital Kings are a Christian duo known for their dynamic, electronic-based, dance-oriented pop. Formed in 2010, the group originally featured DJ, producer, and rapper Cole Walowac and singer Jon White. Life-long friends, the musicians met in a church nursery and started playing music together as kids. They gained notice in 2012 with a series of remixes for fellow Christian artists tobyMac (including "ShowStopper" and "Me Without You"), Britt Nicole ("Amazing Life"), Mandisa ("Good Morning"), and Group 1 Crew ("His Kind of Love").
