Carpetgarden

Carpetgarden is the melodic and musically chaotic solo project of Los Angeles musician David Sweet. Since debuting in the late 2010s, Sweet has seesawed between various strains of lo-fi bedroom pop, from noisy indie rock to acoustic odes and ballads celebrating marginalized misfits. Through a barrage of self-released EPs and singles, they have achieved viral success with songs like "Can Ghosts Be Gay?" and "Heartbreak Hotel."
