Charlotte de Rothschild

The British soprano Charlotte de Rothschild has sung mainstream operatic and oratorio repertory but has specialized in unusual thematic programs, one of them dealing with her own family: the Rothschild banking dynasty. The daughter of Edmund Leopold de Rothschild and Elizabeth Edith Lentner Rothschild, Charlotte Henriette de Rothschild was born November 28, 1955, and raised at the Exbury Gardens estate in Hampshire, England.
