Dutch production team Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo comprises DJ Charly Lownoise (born Ramon Roelofs in 1968) from the Hague and DJ Menthal Theo (born Theo Nabuurs in 1965) from Den Bosch. The happy hardcore duo met while spinning turntables at the Spanish island of Mallorca.
