Los Angeles all-female rock quartet Cherri Bomb take their name not from the classic Runaways song, but the Carrie Borzillo-Vrenna book Cherry Bomb: The Ultimate Guide to Becoming a Better Flirt, a Tougher Chick, and a Hotter Girlfriend -- and to Living Life Like a Rock Star. Led by singer/guitarist Julia Pierce, the band features drummer Nia Lovelis, bassist Rena Lovelis, and guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Miranda Miller.
