Ackeme Campbell, better known as Chronic Law, is a new school dancehall singjay with a streetwise and often poignant twist on influences spanning countrymen Bob Marley, Bounty Killer, and Vybz Kartel to veteran rappers Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa. He released his first commercial singles in 2016 and has remained incredibly prolific, steadily increasing his fan base with a torrent of singles that includes "Empty," "Higher Life" (with Kranium), and "NY Girls" (with CJTheChemist), along with numerous concise mixtapes and EPs that range from 6ixTape (2017) to I.C.E.
