Australian singer and songwriter Chymes has a gentle vocal lilt that she applies to hypnotic and sultry electronic-based pop. She debuted to viral buzz with the 2016 song "Dreaming" off her Glow EP and returned in 2021 with the Hell & Divine EP.
Born Kiersten Nyman, Chymes grew up in the Central Coast, New South Wales, and started writing songs in her teens after teaching herself how to play guitar.
