Claire Pelletier

Born in the small village of Saint Pascal de Kamouraska in Quebec in 1959, Claire Pelletier is a Francophone singer whose career got started as a member of the folk outfit Tracadièche (a group that included members Raymond Paquet and Dan Allard). She went on to act as vocalist for a number of Quebec musicians before releasing her debut album, Murmures d'Histoire, with collaborator, composer, and husband Pierre Duchesne in 1996.
