Argentinean singer Claudia Puyó was born in June of 1959. At the age of 15, Puyó started singing along with Aníbal Forcada, forming her first band, called Trigésimo, in 1976. Looking for better opportunities, Puyó moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil, participating in a Rafael Bini's album called Comida China and working along with acts such as Corina and Grass Band. In June of 1984, the artist started recording her own songs, later releasing her first album Del Oeste.
