What the Funk Brothers were to Motown or the Dap-Kings are to Daptone, Cold Diamond & Mink are to Timmion Records, a retro-soul label based in, of all places, Helsinki, Finland. From this unlikely base of operations, they've backed a fistful of independent R&B acts all over the globe and released a few instrumental works of their own.
