Contento are a self-described "salsapunk" duo comprised of expatriate Colombian producers. Their sound weds Latin house music, EDM, and lo-fi to the influences of vintage Nuyorican bugalu and salsa, rootsy Colombian and Argentinian cumbia, Puerto Rican bomba, Afro-Cuban son montuno, and West African Afrobeat.
