Bronx rapper Cory Gunz grew up delivering iron-clad East Coast bars. The son of rapper Peter Gunz, Cory Gunz was rapping publicly by age 14, dropping in on tracks by Rihanna and Lil Wayne and releasing mixtapes of his own throughout the 2000s and into the 2010s. Gunz stayed active as the years went on, working with Def Jam, then Young Money, then releasing independent mixtapes and collaborative projects like 2020 EP Guns & Butter or 2022's Gunz x Bars with David Bars.
