Daniël Lohues is a Dutch singer/songwriter and guitarist who embarked on a solo career in 2006 with the Allennig series of albums after establishing himself as a frontman in the groups Skik and Lohues & the Louisiana Blues Club. Born on February 16, 1971, in Emmen, Netherlands, and based in the village of Erica, he began his career in the late '80s in a band called the Charlies. His next band was the pop group Skik.
