Daniele Roccato is among Europe's most prominent players of the double bass. He has specialized in contemporary music, avant-garde experiments with the possibilities of the double bass, and musical-theatrical collaboration.
Roccato was born in Adria, in northeastern Italy's Rovigo province, in 1969.
