The Danish Radio Chamber Choir is a 31-member ensemble that forms the core of the 75-member Danish National Radio Choir. This larger ensemble was founded in 1932 in order to complement the Danish National Radio Symphony Orchestra. The Danish Radio Chamber Choir was founded five years later by conductor Mogens Wöldike under the name the Danish Broadcasting Corporation Madrigal Choir.
