House-rocking garage trio Danny & the Darleans materialized in early 2010, one of a long line of bands started by Danny Kroha, founding member of Detroit garage punk legends the Gories. Following the demise of the Gories, Kroha was at the center of bands like Demolition Doll Rods and the Readies, but also spent a lot of time performing solo, playing in a stripped-down folk-blues style.
