Dallas-based pianist Dave Zoller's interest in jazz arrived during his adolescence when at the age of 13 he heard a Dave Brubeck album, while attending a Boy Scout camp, no less. He became completely hooked after hearing Miles Davis' Kind of Blue. There wasn't much jazz played around the Zoller household until then.
