Biography
The founder and a longtime member of the klezmer-oriented David Orlowsky Trio, clarinetist David Orlowsky has also played classical repertory of various kinds. He was signed to the Warner Classics label and released his debut there in 2022.
Orlowsky was born on August 26, 1981, in Tübingen in what was then West Germany. When he was just 16, he founded the David Orlowsky Trio with guitarist Jens-Uwe Popp and double bassist Florian Dohrmann.
