Dee King

Not to be confused with Dee Dee King, English pop/rock songstress Dee King was originally a secretary employed by the Ivy League to run their fan club. King was rewarded by John Carter and Ken Lewis, the group's managing members, with a chance to make a record of her own. She chose to re-cut the Jaynettes' "Sally Go 'Round the Roses," and did so with admirable style and spirit.
