Denise Rosier

With her album Only a Whisper Away, singer Denise Rosier attempted to cross the boundary from Christian music to mainstream pop. The vocalist was raised in California's Orange County, although her birthplace is Japan. During her youth she was a student of dance and voice. In 1990 she and a few friends started performing in their own folk band. That same year she also ventured into rock music as a member of the band Innocent. She later decided to pursue a career as a solo recording artist. ~ Linda Seida
