Divine Council add a distinctively unconventional, technically proficient flavor to commercial rap. The Richmond, Virginia-based group consists of instigator Lord Linco, fellow Virginia rappers Cyrax! and $ilkmoney, and producer ICYTWAT, a Chicago native who joined after the original trio utilized some of his submitted beats.
