Top prizes at the International Tchaikovsky Competition and several other events, both at home and abroad, launched the successful career of pianist Dmitry Masleev. Masleev has been active in many Western countries, including the U.S., as well as in Russia. His specialties include the music of Scarlatti as well as Russian and Central European virtuoso works. In 2025, he released the album Liszt, Rachmaninoff: Dies Irae on the Aparte label. Masleev is a native of Ulan-Ude in Siberia, born May 4, 1988.
