A 20-plus year veteran of the country music scene, Donny Parenteau was a native of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan who won a plethora of awards, and was a well-respected artist both inside and outside of his genre. While his instrumental focus was on the fiddle, Parenteau also developed mastery of mandolin, guitar, and vocals.
