The short-lived Dunedin, New Zealand-based noise-pop band the Doublehappys initially comprised singer/guitarist Shayne Carter and bassist Wayne Elsey, both former members of the Bored Games, and an old drum machine affectionately dubbed Herbie F*ckface.
