Formed in 1998 by Paul Sartin (violin/oboe), Tim Van Eyken (b. 7 March 1978, Bristol, Avon, England; melodeon) and Robert Harbron (concertina), Dr. Faustus was one of the first of the new wave of young traditional groups to emerge from the UK folk revival of the late 90s.
