Drøn

Drøn are a German electro/IDM trio consisting of Christoph Abert, Frederik Dahlke, and Ingo Zobel. Heavily influenced by artists such as Atom Heart and Pete Namlook, their spacious tracks feature clicking, mutating beats and occasionally incomprehensible song titles, but there's an up-front (if detached) melodicism to their sound that separates them from the hordes of alienating Autechre clones out there.
