Biography
New Haven, Connecticut's Earthside are a progressive metal quartet whose rich, sonic world-building is achieved with both technical and emotional acumen. Comprised of multi-instrumentalist Jamie Van Dyck, drummer Ben Shanbrom, multi-instrumentalist Frank Sacramone, and bassist Ryan Griffin, the group released their debut album, A Dream in Static, in 2015. The LP, which featured guest performances from Lajon Witherspoon of Sevendust, Björn Strid of Soilwork, Daniel Tompkins of TesseracT, and Eric Zirlinger of Face the King, achieved cult status in the prog-metal community.
