Vancouver, British Columbia-based artist EKKSTACY combines several depressing and doomy styles, as he explores synth pop, occasional trap rhythms, indie peppiness, and post-punk moodiness for a sound that can change from song to song. In addition to frequently shared singles and several collaborative tracks, EKKSTACY explored his multifaceted sound on the brooding and goth-tinged 2022 full-length project, Misery. He continued blurring genre lines with his 2024 effort, EKKSTACY, and 2025's FOREVER.
