After achieving whirlwind success in their own homeland, the British alternative rock five-piece Electrasy naturally wanted to break America and destruct the corporate mainstream. Comprised of vocalist Ali McKinnell, guitarists Nigel Nisbet and Steve Atkins, bassist Alex Meadows, keyboardist Jim Hayden, and drummer Paul Pridmore, Electrasy yearned to mimic the lead of their successors such as Blur, Oasis, and the Verve.
