Emmanuelle De Negri

Soprano Emmanuelle de Negri is best known for her long association with conductor William Christie and his ensemble Les Arts Florissants. Her repertory also encompasses bel canto opera, French works, and even operetta. De Negri's first experiences with music came as a cello student. She switched to voice when she entered the Conservatoire de Nîmes, studying with Daniel Salas.
