Experiential Orchestra

The New York-based Experiential Orchestra offers non-traditional concert experiences that invite audiences to participate in and be immersed in the music. The group has made several recordings. The Experiential Orchestra was founded in 2009 by conductor James Blachly in 2009. He continued to hold the position of music director as of the mid-2020s, joined on the leadership team by director of artistic planning Pauline Kim Harris, concertmaster Henry Wang, and co-concertmasters Michelle Ross and Alexander Fortes.
