Explainer

Explainer was a calypsonian who rarely made it to the Monarchy finals but who nearly always released albums of interest. His LPs were a reliably skilled mix of social commentary and (often risqué) party tunes, in the manner of his hallmark "Lorraine." Explainer, also known as Winston Henry, died on October 7, 2022; he was 74 years of age. ~ Gene Scaramuzzo
