Father Ray Kelly

Born in Tyrrellspass, County Meath, in April 1953, Irish priest Father Ray Kelly became a YouTube sensation in 2014 when a recording of his unique rendition of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah," which he surprised a young couple with at their nuptials, went viral. Kelly was ordained in 1989 and did missionary work in South Africa during the early 1990s.
