Fierce Ruling Diva

Fierce Ruling Diva is grounded in the rave tradition, but Jeroen Flamman and Jeff "Abraxas" Porter also incorporate elements of chill-out ambience. The two formed in Amsterdam and in August 1989 released their first single, "I Don't Wanna Be a Freak." After setting up Lower East Side Records and three nightclubs in the area, the duo began to produce, taking care of 13 records on various European labels.
