F.O.D. (Friends of Darkness) are a German synth pop trio whose sound is influenced by electronic body music (EBM) and Neue Deutsche Welle, as well as contemporary electronic dance music. Their brand of trancey, club-friendly futurepop was first heard during the early 2000s on releases like Crucified, and the band continued making waves with subsequent outings like 2010's Maschinentanz.
