Forever Anti Pop is the alias of Tony Macklin (Antionia Macklin, Jr.), a songwriter and producer who covers R&B and rap terrain, alternating between singing and rapping. Macklin was raised in Tallahassee, Florida, then Atlanta, Georgia, where, as a teenager, he wrote his first song, inspired by Kanye West and T-Pain. Signed to major label Interscope, Macklin released his debut, an EP titled Finessin the Rhythm, at the age of 21 in 2017.
