Norwegian progressive metal band Frantic Bleep was founded in November 2001 by Patrick Scantlebury (guitar/synth), Eywin Sundstrøm (guitar), and Karl Arthur Renstrøm (drums), who proceeded to fuse their varied progressive and heavy metal influences into a demo CD called Fluctuadmission -- released late the following year and also featuring recently acquired vocalist/bassist Pål Mozart Bjørke (ex-Madder Mortem).
