Harking back to ‘90s alternative rock, lo-fi indie rock group The G pool from Pavement, Hum, and Dinosaur Jr. to make shoutalongs that are rich with fuzz guitar and hyperactive drumming. In the mid-2000s, while running 423 Tillery -- an underground art space in Austin, Texas -- Doug Foulk and Patrick Troxell started getting heavily into punk and garage rock.
